Megaworld Paragua Sands Hotel to rise in Palawan
On January 11, Megaworld, a real estate conglomerate in the Philippines, unveiled plans to build the Paragua Sands Hotel, which will be part of the Paragua Coastown ecotourism township in San Vicente, Palawan. The hotel will be a five-minute walk from the mangrove reserve park and the beach, and it will be positioned close to other township developments.

The Paragua Sands Hotel, a ten-story establishment in San Vicente, will have 313 guest rooms and suites. Furthermore, these rooms cater to diverse needs, offering comfort and convenience to visitors and travelers alike.

To meet guest preferences, the Paragua Sands Hotel provides various suite types. Moreover, these include Presidential (140 sqm), Junior (up to 61 sqm), Executive (up to 60.5 sqm), Twin (up to 32 sqm), Queen (up to 32.5 sqm), and Specially-Abled suites (34 sqm). All rooms promise a stunning view of the neighboring mountains and Pagdanan Bay.

The Paragua Sands Hotel’s exterior boasts contemporary art-inspired murals and balconies with diverse colors. In addition, the predominant earth-tone color scheme incorporates native materials like solihiya and rattan.
