The Corner House, a community complex located in San Juan City, offers a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere where families and friends can connect and create lasting memories. And after 8 years in development, we witnessed its grand opening on March 13. Let’s check it out!

The Corner House maximizes its space through the efficient use of every corner of the floor plan. Each area is thoughtfully designed to serve as either a resting space, a planter for greenery, or a store that caters to the community’s needs.
To promote an outdoor lifestyle, the building features a ramp that winds around the structure, occasionally transitioning between indoors and outdoors. This ramp not only serves as a walking and exercise area but also extends the road, providing a safe space for exercise. This design is particularly important given the surrounding streets’ congestion and lack of sidewalks, which pose risks for pedestrians and joggers.
Supporting San Juan Enterprises
According to developer Arthur Dichaves in an interview with Kanto.ph, they prioritized “tenants with new concepts and ideas over chains and franchises,” dubbing The Corner House “a startup space for startups!”
The space offers a diverse dining experience, from cozy cafés and quick-service food kiosks to premium restaurants. It also features lifestyle establishments such as wellness centers and specialty shops, enhancing the community’s dynamic atmosphere.
