Pag-IBIG Super Sale Returns for 2026

Here is some good news for future homeowners: the Pag-IBIG Super Sale for Acquired Assets is back for 2026! If you are looking for a property at a discounted price, this sale gives you another opportunity to bid on your dream home.

How It Started

The Pag-IBIG Super Sale began in 2025, which featured more than 30,000 foreclosed properties nationwide. It ran from August to December and offered discounts of up to 40 percent. Depending on the property and payment method, buyers could get different discounts, with occupied and unoccupied properties subject to varying rates.

2026 Discounts

This year’s Super Sale runs differently, however. If 2025 only offered 1 specific discount, 2026 offers properties through 3 auction rounds:

1st Auction: 10% discount

2nd Auction: 20% discount

3rd Auction: 30% discount

These discounts apply to cash purchases, plus both short and long-term installment payments. The Pag-IBIG Fund will also release new batches of properties every week, giving interested buyers more properties to browse throughout the promotional period.

How Can You Participate?

Should you wish to participate in the Pag-IBIG Super Sale, you need to secure a Buyer ID before joining the online bidding process. Once registered, you can check the properties available through the Pag-IBIG Fund’s Online Public Auction portal and submit your bids there.

And since new properties are added weekly, you can regularly check the portal for listings that match your preferred location, property type, and budget. How is that for an open house?

Before You Bid

That being said, you still should review a discounted property thoroughly. Look into its details, location, occupancy status, payment terms, and other requirements before submitting a bid.

For those looking to enter the property market, however, the return of the Pag-IBIG Super Sale provides another opportunity to explore acquired assets at prices lower than their listed amounts.
