One of the biggest advantages of APCAS is its ability to drastically reduce processing times. PSA Officials Highlight the Benefits
PSA Undersecretary and National Statistician Claire Dennis Mapa emphasized the importance of digital transformation in government services.
He stated:
“Digital transformation in government is ultimately about improving the lives of our people.”
Mapa also explained the agency’s long-term goal, saying:
“Our goal is the end-to-end digitalization of our civil registration system.”
Meanwhile, PSA Assistant Secretary Minerva Eloisa Esquivias encouraged more local civil registry offices to embrace the platform and participate in the modernization effort.
