Solo Concert Tips: Turn Me-Time into an Epic Experience!

Going to a concert alone may sound intimidating, but trust me when I say it’s a fulfilling experience. On March 14, I attended the ATEEZ 2026 WORLD TOUR [IN YOUR FANTASY] IN MANILA, and I picked up some solo concert tips that made the night one for the books! Consider this your guide to enjoying your next show on your own terms.

Do Your Research

Familiarize yourself with the venue and the section you’ll stay at. Since the concert was held at the SMART Araneta Coliseum, I watched TikToks of other concertgoers in the same area so that I knew what to expect. It’s also important to check the organizer’s reminders for things like prohibited items, opening times, and safety guidelines.

It may also help to join a fan page or group chat. When I joined an ATEEZ fan page, there were posts for ticket swaps, freebies, and even transport service offers!

Plan Your Itinerary

One of the most important solo concert tips is to plan. Map out when to leave, how to get to the venue, and what you’ll do before and after the concert. You can do so much when you arrive early: eat, shop, and even take pre-show photos!

This was what the stage looked like when I entered the venue.
Before the show, we were given fans that read, “ATEEZ, thank you for making our fantasy a reality.”

Prepare Like a Pro

Comfort is everything! Dress fun but practical so that you can sing, dance, and jump without worrying about wardrobe malfunctions. Pack the essentials: a powerbank, fan, cash, extra bag for merch, umbrella, valid ID, and the ticket.

And seriously, don’t arrive on an empty stomach. Since food and drinks were available inside the venue, I fueled up early so that I could enjoy the concert without getting hangry.

Don’t Be Afraid to Socialize

Attending a concert is a way for you to treat yourself, whether you’re going on your own or with someone. For me, mingling with fans in the same section made the night even more fun. I even gained new friends afterwards!

The group welcomed us to the show after a few opening performances.

And when ATEEZ hit the stage, I had the time of my life and left with no regrets.

Frankly, going solo was more than just attending a concert; it was embracing independence, connecting with the music, and creating my own memories.
